Hello! My name is Michelle, I currently live in the Chicago suburbs with my daughter, Jessica, and our cat, Zoe. Illinois marks the 7th state I have lived in. I was born in Kentucky but moved to Florida when I was 8 and have subsequently lived in South Carolina, West Virginia, Tennessee and California.

I have always had a passion for theme parks, and they have always been a favorite vacation destination for me. As a kid, my family and I were Walt Disney World passholders and I was lucky enough to have those parks as my playground. My daughter, born and raised in the LA area of California, grew up with Disneyland as her playground. Such a full circle for me. I went to college in South Carolina and got my B.A. in theatre. I moved to Nashville not long after and was lucky enough to land a job working in entertainment at Opryland, a theme park that is sadly, gone now. Later, after I moved to Los Angeles, I became a cast member at Disneyland in their entertainment department. Now, having relocated once more to the Chicago suburbs, I have found my passion in travel, because now, I too must travel to visit my favorite theme parks!
